Ozone Infused Water
Ozone Infused Water is the most powerful sanitizer commercially available. Ozone kills a broad spectrum of bacteria, and other pathogens on-contact (see list here). Because ozonated water is food-safe, safe to handle and is inexpensive to produce, it is widely used in food processing to extend shelf-life and reduce pathogens everywhere in the plant.
- GRAS by FDA, approved by CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency)
- Organic approved by USDA National Organic Program
- Does not affect taste, smell or composition of food – it reduces to simply water and oxygen
- Kills virtually all pathogens on contact including: a broad spectrum of bacteria (Listeria, Clostridium botulinum, Vibrio, Salmonella, E. Coli, Shigella), virus (Norovirus, Hepatitis A), fungus, mold, parasites and pesticide residue
- Whether you apply it to edible product or contact surfaces, there is no rinsing required after application
- Safe to handle
- Produced on-site – no chemicals to buy, handle, store or contribute to waste water
- Eliminates odors
- Non-corrosive
- 3,000 more powerful than chlorine and 52% stronger of an oxidizer
