Quick Dry Envirochem

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

DRY QUICK is a concentrated
liquid rinse additive which reduces rinse-water surface ten
sion, providing rapid sheeting action for spot free drying. The
excellent sheeting action of DRY QUICK helps eliminate alka
line and hard water film deposits from flatware, glasses and
dishware. In addition, DRY QUICK controls foam thereby
improving the performance of the dishmachine pump. DRY
QUICK is formulated to attain excellent results in soft to me
dium hard water conditions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

DRY QUICK is recommended for use at a concentration be
tween a minimum of 100 ppm (1:10,000) and a maximum of 300
ppm (1:3,000). The actual use concentration is determined by
the individual operating conditions. DRY QUICK may be used at
concentrations as low as 50 ppm (1:20,000) under ideal water
conditions consisting of low water hardness and low dissolved
solids levels. For optimum results, install the rinse injection fit
ting as far back in the line from the rinse jets as possible. This
allows thorough mixing of DRY QUICK with the water supply
before it emerges from the final rinse jets. Final rinse tempera
ture should be maintained as close to the 180o F (82 oC) mini
mum as possible, and should not exceed 190o F (87 oC) in any
case. Check the final rinse pressure and set at manufacturer’s
recommended level. Also, inspect final rinse for spray atomiza
tion. Adjust the rinse injector to feed DRY QUICK at the re
quired concentration to achieve the rapid sheeting of water from
the ware.
